Spring in San Diego
Austin took the kids down to Carlsbad and they went and played at the beach for awhile and then went over to see the strawberry fields and eat some huge strawberries. Then they stopped by the side of the road and took some pictures of all the millions of flowers all over San Diego. Then went back to the beach to play some more and watch the sunset.i took the expedition down to get serviced and took makenzie and ethan with me. dropped off the car and loaded up the stroller and headed a couple blocks over to the beach. before we got there we played at the park for about half an hour. the kids loved the beach. finally went back and got the car. since it was Saturday the dealership had some huge sale and brought in some Mexican restaurant to cook up some authentic tacos. homemade tortillas and all the fixings. the initial reaction from the kids was no way jose, but eventually the downed one each. drove down the beach a little more. hit up costco for some pizza. back to a park in Carlsbad to see historic buildings, something that my dad would have taken us too. they did not complain one bit there. watched the coaster go by, a train that runs from SD to LA. ethan was stoked because as we stood next to the tracks they honked at us. ended up watching the sunset on the beach. great day.

Look slike fun times at the Dyers. I really wish we lived in California. It looks so fun at the beach! What beautiful pictures. I also think we need to get a fish bowl that gives eternal life because we have already killed quite a few fish in less than a weeks time.
PS Is the housing affordable ou there?
