More Italia

Emily is right, it was like a 2 week dream. Being in Italy and was pretty
unreal. It is still sinking in.

There are a ton of pictures, if you want to see them all ask me, Dad or Emily.
Here are a few: the leaning tower of pisa, of course. What's that?
It's falling over...quick! Emily, catch it before it goes... phew. And dad
threw in a hand. Ha.
Lauren pretending to be a...what do they call it? masquerader?
there were a ton of shops like this and the masks were so cool! This one was about 100 bones. i should have bought it.
Dad at Ferrari.
Em on the Academia Bridge in Venice. This was right next to the music hall where we caught front row seats to the oldest string group in Venice. They played Vivaldi. Where's my violin?
St. Marks Square in the morning before the crowds.
Lauren attempting to straighten out the tower.
Em's Italian lovers.
The one just to the right of her pretty much made out with her. is it normal to kiss complete strangers? is anyone in Europe normal?
nopw, and neither were we while we were there, as you can tell by dad...holding his video camera. Has he gone crazy too or is he just happy he has 5 minutes of battery power left?
Emily won the Formula 1 World Chamionship.
Lauren made a wish and didn't get her hand chopped off, and check it out. the grocery stores are on boats in
Venice.

Viva Italia (and England)

Next: Lolly in London by the Large London Bridge. Mmm Ribena. Crap, i
should have drunk more of that while there. more mmm, fish & chips in Whistable. Still greasy and still mmm mmm good!
Now, the Trevi Fountain was breathtaking. Right in the middle of a bunch of more modern (but still old) buildings. There were tons of people but it was perfect for taking pictures. Vegas' version doesn't even compare. Then there's the Colleseum. They really played Galdiator there. Dad was next up to try and defeat the great Russell Crowe, he looks thrilled.
Now look closely, that's not mom for anyone wondering. it's Auntie Allison.
Emily in Dad's cap in front of the white cliffs. Emily's hair on fire at Dover castle. It was windy that day. more fish n' chips. mmm.
The house at Thurston Park, where mom grew up. It's the one on the right,
#11 i think.
Mini Ma and Grandad's grave.
Uncle Phil. Auntie Allison. And last but not least, Mary Poppins... i mean
me.

fill'er up

when i first saw this one that Claire sent to me i thought that it was Allison standing there. initial thought. but i have never seen Allison standing in her kitchen with a keg, nor doing that face. as i investigated a little more i found that backdrop for this picture is something familiar to all of us, heathfield lane. my question was why would mom do that face? there is proof that she has done that before as you shall see. in the pictures that follow the puzzling keg, we see a plane ride back to LA from London. each of these represents what jean will do with large amounts of time on her hands. was this out of bordum for having to sit on a plane for, what 8, 10 hours. this could have been right when we took off and i made the dubious mistake of pulling out the camera. mom saw it as her moment to shine, well be in the spotlight.
