ethan's birthday

we had big plans for ethans actual birthday and we were going to go down to disneyland and then do the usual cake and a few gifts afterwards. nothing too big by any means. this was all quashed when ethan woke up the morning of the 23rd with a fever and just not acting like his usual active self. so we just hung out that evening, i frosted the cake, we threw some candles on it and called it a day. the dvd's that cherisse got, ethan could have cared less about, but as soon as he opened up the cars he was excited. probably the most emotion that he had shown all day. it was fun. that was the other thing, after a little bit of frosting from his piece of cake he was more interested in eating the strawberries.
