san diego and airplanes

the other weekend makenzie and ethan and i went down and watched the red bull air races. we were joined by brent, kalia and grandpa storrs. it was amazing to see these propeller planes whip around downtown San Diego and maneuver through the obstacle course. afterwards we went over to Coronado and took a walk from the San Diego side over to the Hotel Del Coronado side. here are some pictures of our trip.
the next weekend we went down to San Diego again and went to the air and space museum. the kids liked it but we made it out of there in about 2 hours so we just caught part of it. afterwards we went over to the gym that was in the same parking lot. the gym is where grandpa storrs played basketball.
