I woke up early this morning because ethan is not feeling well, yeah happy birthday. Since we were up at 5:15, I looked out the upstairs window toward Lake Arrowhead (30 air miles north) and this is what I saw, these pictures were taken about 6:15, before the sun came up). This is the only fire that I can see from our house but the fact that I can see it is something to be said of itself. After looking on the internet I found that it is not getting any better at this point, mainly because of the winds. Sunday is when it seemed to really kick in and the winds were blowing hard, where we live blowing dust everywhere. Luckily there has only been one death, 700 homes have burned, 300,000+ people have been evacuated, 425 square miles have burned, 14 separate wildfires.
