the reality of it

so i just saw that April has her own blog. that is great, and i wish that everyone in the family had their own blog to share their stuff with everyone. i guess the reality of it is that the only people who seem to maintain a blog are people that have kids, to share pictures, stories, and what they said or did that was funny or embarrassing. single people have other things to do, people with no kids, or older kids are worrying about their retirement, and those teenagers at home are worrying about what they can get away with or weasel out of the parents. so what it all boils down to is that the only people who really have contributed are myself, Luke, Lauren, Molly, Claire, and the rest can fall into the order. the other fact is that no everyone has a computer that is accessible or fast access to the world wide web. dinosaur dial-up is not the way of the future. this is not a selling point on mom to call up NASA and have them put in high speed internet. i have had fun with this and i look forward to reading Luke's website and the smith family blog. even if it is only checked once in a blue moon i am going to continue to share pictures and stories. thanks for checking.
