emily's latest adventure

so... this was the day of my snow trip. it was tightwad Tuesday at Hoodoo. so my friends and i piled up in the SUV and headed up to the snow. there was maybe 20 people there max. the whole DAY!!!! it was sweet and we had a lot of fun. the group consisted of me, Brady, Justin, Chris, Nikki and Zach. here are some pictures of the event!!!!!

I caught 2 of the boys who went with us, Justin and Chris, before we went up the mountain. Chris later that day went off a crazy jump and landed on his wrist. he was in pain so Zach cut his snow glove to get his hand out and filled a plastic bag with snow in it to put on his hand. when we stopped on the way home to get some laffy taffy and beef jerky it "S" shape in his wrist started to show. we got him home and to the hospital. i later got a memo that he broke two bones in his arm!

The view was tremendous at the top of the mountain and i wish i got a lot more shots. i wish i had a camera too!!!!! when we went back to the car to eat some snack some old guys rolled up and offered us some king crab. it was delicious!! it was Nikki's first time going up to the snow and we went up to the top of the mountain. she kinda slipped and lost her board down the steep hill! her and Zach went down to look for it and eventually found it stuck in some trees. We all snowboarded except for Brady who skied. On the way home we listened to 90's music and read jokes from our laffy taffy wrappers.

I'll go up to the snow again soon and take many more pictures and stuff and maybe some video. i used Rachel's camera on the trip. she gets pretty "T-O'd" when i use it so i guess from now on i have to describe my fun activities like i did before.
