british bull dogs @ lake perris with the kimballs

we went up and saw jamie Kimball, his two sons, and of course his bull dogs up at lake perris.
makenzie and ethan were taking a nap when we got there. makenzie was excited to see the dogs but like usual she took a while to warm up to everyone and to the dogs. when they finally came out of their shells ethan wanted to stand by the pen that the dogs were being held in. in fact if they did not out weigh him he would have enjoyed being in the pen with them.
when jamie finally let them out makenzie stayed in the motor home with buster and walked back and forth with buster giving him directions like she was some sort of dog whisperer and the dog could understand her. i think that the dog was walking her but we won't tell her that.
ethan on the other hand stayed out with us and was not afraid of the dogs would walk around close to them but just wanted to be close to them no contact. he enjoyed seeing them even up close but the petting had to be almost forced but he was not scared just a little help. ethan of course would seize any opportunity to scamper off. this kid just loves being outside .
